Sponsorship & Donation Request Form

Thank you for considering Five County Credit Union as a sponsorship partner. Please fill out the form below to start your request. The more details you can provide, the better. We will respond within one (1) week of the submission date.

Guidelines

  • Requests should be made at least four weeks prior to the date of the event.

  • Donations are not guaranteed, and we may not be able to fulfill requests every year. Please limit your requests to one per organization, per year.

  • Please send any supporting documents such as sponsorship tier outline, organization/event brochure, etc. to donations@fivecounty.com.

  • Requests will only be accepted from organizations located in Maine or impacting Mainers.

  • If your organization is designated by the IRS as a 501(c)3, you must provide the organization’s EIN/tax ID.
