Online & Mobile Banking Upgrade

Bill Pay is now available & fully functional! Enjoy your new online & mobile banking experience!

 

We’re excited to announce our fully integrated Online and Mobile Banking platforms that launched on June 28th, 2021. You will need to re-register one-time by visiting our homepage and logging into the online banking box on the top left of the page or register with your new app. If registering from your mobile device, you may be asked to download the authy app to receive a one-time passcode to register.

REGISTRATION INFO

  • Click First Time User? Enroll Now. Follow the on screen prompts to establish a new username and password. For enrollment you will need to know your member account number and SSN/TIN as well as have an email address and phone number. In order to complete the enrollment process you will need to provide Five County with your current phone number prior to the update.

  • Establish Two-Factor Authentication. A code will be delivered via text or by phone to the number that the Credit Union has on file.

  • You will have to recreate eAlerts as those won't be converted.

  • Existing payees and scheduled payments will convert over, there is nothing you need to do to set those back up. Budgeting, Easier Searching, Easier Transfers, Getting Started will be Intuitive & Simple!
